- DVRs!!! Can I say more? Those that don't have them can't even imagine the freedom that these babies bring! Hooray for technology to give me the freedom from my TV! I could go on for an hour about the benefits.
- Dinners I don't have to cook. I really do try to cook often so my mom or my mother-in-law is not always feeding us, but since school and volleyball started its been tough. And now that volleyball is over I haven't been taking over again like I should. But I have to say, this has always been one of my loves in life... to have a meal that I didn't have to prepare! Thank you!
- Cell phones that work. Doug's phone bit the dust yesterday and we ordered him a new one. Meanwhile I know that he is feeling stranded even though he has his phone at work. Its amazing how we get so used to things in life... like texting!

NO phone for Doug....wow, that is a tragedy. I too am thankful for my DVR. That is when it doesn't get shut off and then I miss my shows :)
Amanda, ours still records if it's off!!! I don't miss anything!
